SDP and SIP review cycle deadlines revised

Due to workload and current staffing levels, all full submittals of Site Development Permits (SDPs) and Subdivision Improvement Permits (SIPs) will be reviewed by city staff on a 20-business day deadline. Previously, only the first full submittal of each permit was reviewed on a 20-business day cycle. Preliminary SDP submittals will maintain a 15-business day review cycle and Small Site Permits (SSPs) will maintain a 10-business day review cycle.
