Round Rock to host Public Safety Day

The City of Round Rock invites the community to meet and interact with local first responders from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 23 at Dell Diamond, 3400 E. Palm Valley Blvd.

Public Safety Day is a free event that will feature vehicles and personnel from the Round Rock Police and Fire Departments, along with Wilco EMS.

All ages can interact with the vehicles and equipment that play crucial roles in responding to emergencies in Round Rock. The event will include the Round Rock SWAT team, Traffic Unit, Crime Scene vehicles, Round Rock Fire engines, Hazmat units and more essential public safety equipment.  

Free pancakes will be provided by The Kiwanis Club.
