Round Rock 2030 plan enters adoption phase
Public hearings have been set as the City’s new comprehensive plan, Round Rock 2030, enters its final phase of adoption.
The public input process for the long-range comprehensive plan commenced almost two years ago, and will end with a series of public hearings. The plan is scheduled to be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for recommendation on May 20 and City Council for adoption on June 25.
These meetings for Round Rock 2030 will include public hearings with the opportunity for the public to participate remotely. If you would like to participate in the meeting by speaking during a public hearing, please visit the City’s website at roundrocktexas.gov/calendar where a registration link will be posted on the individual calendar entry for each public meeting.
Round Rock 2030 will serve as the policy guide and framework for land use decisions for the next decade. The plan will highlight how the City has changed over the past decade and create a vision for what Round Rock might look like in the year 2030.
