See inside Salt Traders Coastal Cooking before it fully opens on Monday, Sept. 12

Inspired by U.S. coastal cuisine, Salt Traders Coastal Cooking, a concept created by the developers of Jack Allen’s Kitchen, opens for lunch at 11 a.m. Sept. 12. The restaurant initially opened Sept. 6 at 2850 N. I-35, Round Rock, serving only dinner. Salt Traders is located near the Round Rock location of Jack Allen’s Kitchen in the former Mesa Rosa building. Jack Allen’s Kitchen has two other Austin-area locations.
