Round Rock begins construction on RM 620 project
Round Rock has begun demolition on properties on Briarwood and Glenwood streets for future improvements to RM 620 as part of the RM 620 Safety Improvement Project. The overarching purpose of the project is to improve safety and enhance mobility on RM 620 from Deep Wood Drive to I-35. Once construction is completed, a bridge will carry traffic from RM 620 over Union Pacific Railroad and Chisholm Trail Road. In addition, the city will construct local access roads between Lake Creek Drive and Chisholm Trail Road.
