Police investigate Sept. 25 homicide

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 25, Round Rock Police responded to a report of gunshots at the WoodSpring Suites at 1950 N IH-35. Upon arrival, Officers encountered one deceased victim – identified as Brandon Sims, 30, of Round Rock. There were no other reported injuries. Detectives are investigating this death as a homicide.
