No trash, recycle pickup on Tuesday due to continued icy conditions

Continued icy conditions means no trash or recycle pickup for City of Round Rock customers on Tuesday, Feb. 16.

Solid waste pickup will be delayed at least another day this week as icy conditions and sub-freezing temperatures are forecast to continue. A decision on whether to start trash and recycle pickup on Wednesday will be made Tuesday afternoon.

City of Round Rock offices will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 16, due to continued icy weather.

The City continues to urge residents to take steps to handle continued sub-freezing conditions. Power outages are the responsibility of Oncor. The City does not operate an electric or gas utility.
