DoubleDave’s Pizzaworks coming to Hutto in August

DoubleDave’s Pizzaworks will open in early August at 625 Chris Kelley Blvd., Hutto, replacing Golden Crust Pizza, which closed its doors July 9 after four years in business. Owner Joshua Smith said he and his wife live in the area and love the Hutto community. “We want to open a restaurant that would be able to help the community and schools,” Smith said. “We want to provide a pizza option that comes with fresh produce that is delivered daily from a local company and dough that is made twice daily to ensure Hutto receives only the best.”
