City phone numbers temporarily disabled Tuesday morning due to upgrade
Some phone numbers at various City of Round Rock departments will be temporarily disabled from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Feb. 8 due to a phone system update.
The main numbers for City Hall, Police Department non-emergency, Utility Billing and Municipal Court will be affected.
Police Department
If you are trying to reach the Police Department for a non-emergency issue during this time, call 512-218-3215 or visit 2701 North Mays Street. To report a crime, life-threatening emergency or traffic accident, call 911. You may also submit a tip and file a report for certain non-emergency incidents at roundrocktexas.gov/police.
Utility Billing
The Utility Billing office located at 221 East Main Street will remain open during this time. You can find more information and pay your bill online at roundrocktexas.gov/utilitybilling.
Municipal Court
The Municipal Court office located at 301 West Bagdad Avenue will remain open during this time. You can find more information and pay your citation online at roundrocktexas.gov/municipalcourt.
