City offices closed Monday for Presidents Day holiday

City of Round Rock offices, including the Round Rock Public Library, Municipal Court and Utility Billing Office will be closed Monday, Feb. `5 in observance of Presidents Day. Utility bills and court-related fines can be paid online.

The Clay Madsen Recreation Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Trash and recycling pickup will operate on a normal schedule.
