The City of Round Rock will begin to open facilities in the coming days and weeks following recent announcements by Governor Greg Abbott about a phased-in approach to reopening the Texas economy.

City staff are currently preparing for and implementing the recommended health protocols outlined in Governor Abbott’s recent executive order to ensure the openings will include proper health and safety protocols.

City Hall, Library

In conjunction with Phase II of the Governor’s plan, which is expected to be implemented starting May 18, Round Rock City Hall and the Round Rock Public Library will reopen to the public with appropriate, recommend social distancing guidelines in effect. Until then, the Library will continue to serve customers through its curbside pickup service, online programming, and telephone and email reference service. Returns may be made through the outside book drop. More Library news and services
