Citizens will meet officers from every division: K9 Unit, Training and Recruiting, Dispatch, SWAT, Hostage Negotiations, Crime Scene, Evidence, Patrol, School Resource Program and Criminal Investigations.

Classes will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays March 8 through May 24 at the Round Rock Public Safety Training Center, 2801 N. Mays St. Space is limited.

Graduates of the program are eligible for additional training and volunteer opportunities, such as Citizens on Patrol, as well as membership in the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (CPAAA).
