Central Texas expecting minimal impact from Tropical Storm Cindy

The National Weather Service anticipates Tropical Storm Cindy will make landfall on the Gulf Coast near the Texas-Louisiana border by 7 a.m. Thursday morning, according to the agency’s 1 p.m. forecast Wednesday.
