Buttercup Creek Boulevard, Cluck Creek Trail, other Cedar Park roads to receive improvements

Four sections of Cedar Park streets will receive some pampering based on information presented to Cedar Park City Council members during their meeting Thursday. In November 2015, a bond election approved $6.2 million to be used toward asphalt overlays in the city as part of the Arterial and Collector Overlay Improvement Project. “An overlay is a road rehabilitation process whereby the old asphalt is removed and new asphalt is put in,” Senior Engineering Associate Zeferino Mendoza said.
