BCRUA to shift leadership Thursday as new Cedar Park council members sworn into office

Incumbent Cedar Park City Council members Jon Lux and Lyle Grimes will step down from their positions on the Bushy Creek Regional Utility Authority board of directors on Thursday, according to BCRUA General Manager Tom Gallier. The city has not yet decided who will replace Lux and Grimes for BCRUA’s two board seats dedicated to Cedar Park council members, and there is no discussion on the matter scheduled for Thursday’s council meeting. “There is no such item on the agenda at this time,” Cedar Park spokesperson Jennie Huerta said. “It will be on a future agenda, date to be determined.”
