Williamson County home sales down, prices up in February
Home sales within Williamson County decreased just over 5 percent in February while prices increased 8.5 percent year-over-year, according to a report released by the Williamson County Association of Realtors. The report detailed a total of 614 homes sold in WilCo during the month of February, with the median price set at $265,000. In comparison to the rest of the Austin-Round Rock metropolitan area, WilCo’s median home price is roughly $20,000 less.
