Toll company that operates part of SH 130 files for bankruptcy protection

A private company that operates the southern portion of SH 130 southeast of Austin filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection March 2. The SH 130 Concession Co. LLC will work with lenders and address its outstanding debt of about $1.7 billion, which includes principal and interest, according to a news release.
