Summer Reading Program surveys

We hope to plan programs that reflect the values and goals of our community. Your input matters.

Please take a moment to give us feedback about this summer’s reading programs.

• Survey: Kids’ Summer Reading Program (includes an option to enter to win a $25 gift card at Barnes and Noble)
• Survey: Teen Summer Reading Program (includes an option to enter to win one of two $10 gift cards at Half Price Books)

Each survey can be completed anonymously; if you’d like to enter a prize drawing, you’ll have a chance to leave us your contact information. We will only use that information to contact the prize winners.
