Round Rock to break ground Nov. 16 on two fire stations

The city of Round Rock will break ground on two fire stations Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. Fire Station No. 4, at 1301 Double Creek Drive, and No. 8, at 1612 Red Bud Lane, are intended to improve response times to the city’s east side. “The construction of these two fire stations is to improve the response needs of the community and shows our city’s dedication to the safety and well-being of our citizenry,” Battalion Chief Shane Glaiser said in a statement.
