Road closures set for FM 685 construction

The Texas Department of Transportation has announced the closure of Riverwalk Drive in Hutto beginning Feb. 13. Detours are expected for approximately six months to allow for northbound construction along FM 685. Drivers are asked to use Great Western Drive as a detour route. Another road closure will take place on Knowles Drive, and drivers should use Uvalde Drive as the detour route when roadway improvements begin, according to a statement from Hutto ISD.
