Purchase pending for Round Rock mansion, which could be converted into venue

An offer for the A.J. Nelson-Crier House in Round Rock is pending. The Realtor who listed it, Susan deGraffenried of Realty Austin, said she expects to close on the deal with the buyer in early July. The block-sized property at 405 E. Main St. was listed for sale in November at $2.5 million. However, deGraffenried would not disclose the amount of the pending offer.
