Pflugerville association hosts landscaping forum tonight

The Pflugerville Council of Neighborhood Associations will sponsor Landscaping: Best Low-water Plants from 7-8:30 p.m. tonight. The event will be at the Pflugerville Justice Center, 1611 Pfennig Lane. The speaker will be Drop-by-Drop manager Eddie Garcia. All PfCONA members and neighborhood leaders are invited to attend. Garcia will discuss solutions to high water rates and landscaping costs, including the choice of plants that use low amounts of water.
