Oskar Blues Brewery opens taproom at new Austin location

The 14th largest craft beer producer in the U.S., Oskar Blues Brewery, has opened its newest facility in North Austin. The Colorado-based brewer is still waiting on label approval from the Texas Alcoholic and Beverage Commission for several of its beers but is able to serve its four core beers in cans: Dale’s Pale Ale, Pinner Throwback IPA, Oskar Blues IPA and Momma’s Little Yella Pils. Oskar Blues hosted a soft opening Porch Party on July 30 in which hundreds of people showed up. The taproom is now open daily from 4-8 p.m. at 10420 Metric Blvd., Austin.
