No one injured in fire at abandoned home

The Round Rock Fire Department was dispatched at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday to a reported fully involved house fire in the 1600 block of Chisholm Trail. Upon arrival firefighters saw heavy fire and heavy smoke showing approximately 200 yards off the roadway.

There are no injuries as a result of the fire, which was contained by crews. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.

The charred remains of an abandoned home smolder after firefighters extinguished the fire.
