New tenants coming to 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park

Mattress retailer Mattress 1 One and fast-casual eatery Salata will be new tenants at a new freestanding building at 1890 Ranch. Charlie Northington, principal with Endeavor Real Estate Group, said Mattress 1 One has signed a lease to be one of two tenants in a 6,500-square-foot freestanding facility currently under construction near the Toll 183A frontage road at 1890 Ranch.
