Leander approves zoning for gas station in front of Bryson subdivision
A high-end gas station planned for development in front of the Bryson subdivision in Leander received final approval during Thursday’s City Council meeting. Council members previously heard a request during a March 16 meeting to amend the zoning of a planned unit development by Toll 183A and Bryson Ridge Trail. The 9.42-acre property falls within Leander’s transit-oriented development in the neighborhood center and commercial corridor land use categories, as designated by the city’s comprehensive plan.
