After many customers complained of erroneous invoices and violations issued through their tollway accounts, TxTAG released a statement earlier this week to instruct customers on what to do next. The tolling tag company said in the process of working with EZTag and TollTag to function throughout Kansas and other states, the transfer of account information caused customers to receive invoices and violations in error.
