Hutto ISD bus issues causing delays resolved, officials say

Hutto ISD representatives say they have resolved issues with the district’s school bus system that caused delays during the first weeks of school. At the beginning of the school year the district was still in need of six bus drivers, and the shortage, coupled with an influx of around 400 additional students for the 2015-16 school year, was at the root of the delays, HISD Transportation Director Dennis Bigbee said.
