Its that time of year again homeowners! The HOA Annual Meeting and Board member voting is upon us shortly. This year we would like to ask everyone of their interest in the Board, as well as any committees. Your attendance to the meeting is not required, except for the Board positions.

We have an election for a a directors position on the board. Per state law, if you wish to be on the ballot, please email your name and address to karen vaughn of goodwin mgmt at [email protected] by Oct 7, 2019.
If you cannot attend and wish to use your proxy, please mail them in, or contact isaac, joe, or shannon to drop it off with one of us if you wish.
