Early voting, water studies and other things to know April 24-28 in Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto

1. Early voting starts today. Round Rock voters will decide the fate of two positions on City Council and the mayor’s seat, and Round Rock ISD voters can decide if a $572.09 million RRISD bond will be approved.
