Development next to La Frontera moving forward, looking for tenants

The redevelopment of the former Garden Ridge location at the northwest corner of SH 45 N and I-35 is under construction, though the site does not have tenants currently, according to the developer. The project is a 100,000-square-f00t development with an anchor tenant and pad sites for businesses such as banks or restaurants. The developer bought the location in summer 2014.
