City proposes Hickerson-Keith property annexation

The City of Round Rock, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include approximately 114.47 acres of land, more or less, out of the J. Mott Survey, Abstract No. 427, also described as Hickerson-Keith Annexation, located on the northeast corner of N. A.W. Grimes Blvd. and CR 186, situated in Williamson County, Texas (see map below).

The first public hearing on the referenced property will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas on the 10th day of August, 2017 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Round Rock City Hall located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas. At said time and place, all persons interested in the above-described proposed annexation, shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the subject matter herein shall take notice.
