Cedar Park zoning commission OKs division of three lots

Cedar Park Planning and Zoning Commission passed three subdivision cases regarding the split of three commercial lots at its meeting Tuesday night. Commissioners approved the division of a lot southwest of the intersection of Little Elm Trail and South Bell Boulevard, with the condition that easements are recorded before final plat recording. If passed by Cedar Park City Council, the approximately 14.07-acre lot in the Little Elm Subdivision will be split from one commercial lot to two commercial lots, said Cedar Park Senior Planner Rachel Tepper.
