Austin-area school districts offer free summer meals

Austin, Pflugerville and Round Rock ISDs are offering free meals to children younger than 18 to ensure students have access to nutritious food when school is out of session. RRISD’s Seamless Summer Option provides free, nutritious meals to children and students in the Round Rock community throughout the summer months. Children ages 1-18 and adults older than 18 years of age who are determined by a state or local public education agency to be mentally or physically disabled are eligible to receive free meals.
