Al Capriccio Pizzeria pizzas are among some of the largest in the Leander and Cedar Park area, co-owner Alejandro Cortez said. “One slice of our pizza is a meal compared to other pizzerias where customers need two or more slices [to be full],” co-owner Vicente Jaramillo said. Pizzas come in 14-or 18-inch pies, and 12-inch gluten-free options are also available. Besides pizza, Al Capriccio offers sandwiches, salad, chicken and a wide variety of appetizers. However, pizza is the customers’ favorite, Cortez said. The restaurant offers dine-in seating as well as pickup and delivery within a 5-mile radius.
