ACC trustees approve Leander campus name, voice support for moving bus station near Highland campus

On April 4, Austin Community College’s board of trustees unanimously approved measures to name its future Leander campus and support the relocation of a mass transit station to the entrance of its Highland campus. ACC’s trustees named the Leander campus—which is slated for a groundbreaking ceremony on April 21—the ACC San Gabriel campus. The $60 million campus will be located on San Gabriel Parkway near the Leander Capital Metro rail station.
