As summer sets in, temperatures are on the rise and more people are at risk to heat-related illness. Heat waves are the leading cause of extreme weather-related deaths in the U.S., the CDC says. Texas had 74 counts of heat-related deaths in the summer months of 2014, according to the CDC.
