Yard of the Month

Overview

If you've seen the perfectly groomed yard, or you yourself have the perfectly groomed yard, please submit a nomination for the address. You may also email all the information to or fax it to Goodwin Management at 512-502-7028. If you have any comments, questions or concerns, please email us at .

To nominate a yard, we've made it possible to submit the information online. Please fill out the form below. Pictures are not required, but prefered.

Rules/Guidelines

Only front yards are eligible, as backyards are not public domain.

Nomination deadlines are the 1st of every month.

An address can only win once in a 6 month timeframe.

If only one nomination comes in, the YOTM subcommittee can go scout for others to make it a fair choice, not a default.

Yard must look good for at least one full week. Professionally manicured yards only last as long as they are maintained.

Prizes

The winning yard will be posted on the website on the 14th of the month as well as featured in the next newsletter. Prizes will be $25 gift cards and/or company sponsored services or prizes worth $25-50. Winners will be announced here.

Sponsorship

Would you like some cheap publicity? Donate a gift worth $25-50 for our Yard of the Month contest. Your company will be mentioned as the sponsor and in the gift announcement. The past 3 winners are featured on our website, so you will get at least three months worth of mention. Please don't donate "part" of a greater service, whole services or gift cards only.
